I've been very busy lately... scooping ice cream at Frostie Freeze
& working on booking 35 upcoming sessions... I'm excited for more!!
While I'm catching up on editing, I thought I'd share my personal favorite photographers.
There are far too many to list, so I'll keep it at my top 10... hopefully.
Not trying to infringe any copyright, just sharing some amazing artists and artwork :)
1. Clayton Austin Love Stories
He is the most amazing wedding and engagement photographer I've ever seen.
And the thing is, he's only been running a business barely longer than I have
And he is literally that good.
2. Vienna Glenn Photography
Lea Peterson of Hancock runs this lovely photography business.
I first discovered her while looking through my friend's senior pictures
and thought, "Wow. Goodbye studio photography."
Her love for natural light photography and the straight out of a film camera look will always inspire me!
And as a side note, she did my senior pictures ;)
3. Oh So Posh Photography
She is one of my new obsessions!
Lidia, the photographer, is a cancer patient that doesn't have time for cancer.
She truly has a passion for photography
and does an excellent job at portraying the beauty and innocence in us all.
Lidia centers her focus around child photography.
Also check out her photoshop actions, they are my favvv.
4. Emily Dennis Photography
Emily is also a young photographer out of Hancock.
She recently began her business this past summer... and she is absolutely amazing!
Emily has a way of making each and every photo look so real, pure, and flat out gorgeous.
5. Samantha Elizabeth
Sam Rogers is a natural light photographer from Marquette.
Not too many around the L'Anse area are familiar with her... but they should be!
She definitely knows how to use light in very beautiful ways.
Sam also was my second shooter for Jeanne and Jeff Lehtola's wedding earlier this April!
6. Christine Bianco Photography
My cousin and practically my neighbor, Christine specializes in portrait photography,
studio and outdoors.
The best way to describe her work in three (&1/2!) words:
Simply. Jaw-dropping. Gorgeous.
She is located in L'Anse as well as I.
7. JinkyArt Photography
This is my most absolute favorite child photographer!!!
Dreamers; This the photographer for you.
The only big downside is that she lives in Australia.

89. Holly Nicholson Photography
From Rapid River area, Holly is simply a senior portrait genius.
Her posing is always so simply it seems,
but she catches the full extent of everyone's beauty
every time.
Normally, in my opinion, a good photo doesn't need tons of editing.
But the way she edits is sooo amazingly wonderful, it's nowhere near tacky.
10. Heartstring Images
Sherry Davis is an inspiring photographer from Ontonagon.
She is an exceptional portrait photographer whom has helped me throughout the beginning of my business
And also landed me a modeling job for a while :)
All of the above are just personally some of my favorites,
and not in any specific order.
They have all inspired me in so many ways
and I hope they can inspire you as well.
